It is a car dolly with a 4' x 8' platform is in the front. It is in great condition. It has newer tires. The dolly is about 78 inches wide between the inside of dolly. The platform has an aluminum sheet for the base. I have the straps and lights need to tow a car.
I used it to haul a golf cart and tow a car behind a motorhome.
